If you are looking to sell tack, horses, or equipment we would be happy to include them in the sale for you. Special arrangements may be made for bringing horses early by contacting the office at (413) 786-1744 or e-mail us.

CONSIGNMENT FEES:

Horses Consigned By Catalog Deadline
Entry Fee: $75 (Plus commission & other applicable fees.)
This is the BEST deal out there!!!! The $75 fee includes printed catalog entry, online catalog AND facebook advertising, PLUS you won't pay an additional pass out fee if bids do not reach your reserve price. Early entries receive the best hip numbers and catalog spots!!

Horses Consigned After Sale Deadline
Entry Fee: $50 (Plus commission & other applicable fees.)
After the sale deadline, it is not possible to be included in the printed catalog so you will miss out on that great exposure and advertisement! However, when the $50 fee and information is received before auction day you can still be entered in the online catalog if time permits.

All horses will be run through sale in catalog number order. Horses consigned after the printed catalog deadline will run through after all cataloged horses. GET YOUR COGGINS PULLED AND GET YOUR CONSIGNMENTS IN EARLY!!


COMMISSION RATES:


Horses (over $500): 8%
Horses (under $500): $50
Trailers (over $500): 15%
Trailers (under $500): $50


OTHER FEES:

Yardage: $7 (applies to stall use and feed provided to horses the day of the sale)
Early Arrival Boarding: $20 per horse per day prior to the sale. Paid by seller. (All boarding is at your own risk.)
Late Pickup Boarding: $20 per day per horse after the sale. Paid by buyer. (All boarding is at your own risk. Horse is considered a "Late Pickup" after 4pm the day following the auction.)
Rider Fee: $20 (payable to the rider)
Catte Use / Demonstration Fee: $50


"NO SALE" FEES:


Horses: $50 (NO fee if seller has paid the $75 catalog fee in advance!)

​***ALL HORSES TO BE SOLD MUST HAVE AN ORIGINAL COGGINS DATED WITHIN 6 MONTHS OF AUCTION WHICH MUST BE PROVIDED TO OFFICE AND VERIFIED IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL. NO PHOTOCOPIES. NO EXPIRED COGGINS. NO EXCEPTIONS - IT'S THE LAW!***

If you are selling a horse "as is" with no guarantee of soundness, your check will be drafted the night of the sale.

However, if you as the seller guarantee soundness to the buyer, you must wait 72 hours until your check will be drafted to allow buyer ample time to ensure the horse is in fact sound. Buyer has 72 hours to conduct vet check on the premises. If horse leaves the premises before vet check, guarantee is void.

​SOUND refers to the horse having sight out of both eyes, hits the ground sound on all four legs, and does not crib. However, a seller may sell a horse sound that cribs if he announces that fact while horse is still in the ring before the fall of the gavel.

BUYER HAS 72 HOURS FROM TIME OF SALE TO HAVE HORSE VETTED. ALL VETTING MUST BE CONDUCTED ON THE PREMISES. IF HORSE SOLD AS "SOUND" DOES NOT PASS VET CHECK, SELLER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING 8% UNSOLD COMMISSION TO CROWLEYS.
